How to Fix Outlook IMAP Problem of Repeated Emails.

Issue

Outlook from Office keeps downloading the same email message again & encore.

Résolution

NOTE: This work only when you have a problem with one account.

1. Presse Win + R. to open Run. Type regedit and press Enter.
2. Open this path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook

3. Rename it to Outlook-1

4. Restart Outlook client and re-configure your account.

Aussi, you can use Méthode 2:

1. Ouvrir Panneau de contrôle in your system;
2. Ouvrir Mail (Microsoft Outlook …);
3. Cliquez Show Profiles;

Create a new profile and select it in Always use this profile.

NOTE: You can’t use the name of the old profile.

Restart the Outlook client and re-configure your account.
