Oplossing
Assign the missing permissions by using the ACL editor.
- Open de Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in;
- On theSecurity lab, klikToevoegen;
- In deSelect Users, Computers, or Groups dialog box, select the local Azure AD sync account, and then clickToevoegen;
- KlikOK to return to theEigenschappendialog box;
- Click the local Azure AD sync account;
- Click to select theReplicating Directory ChangesEnReplicating Directory Changes All check box;
- KlikToepassen, and then clickOK;
- Close the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in.
Restart deMicrosoft AD Azure Sync Service and this will resolve the issue.
OPMERKING: You will see Event ID 650 (Provision credentials batch start), En 656 (Password Change Request) events logged.
