PowerShell check SQL Server version.
ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Better do this from the Windows Server running Microsoft SQL Server
1. Τρέξιμο Windows PowerShell with elevated permissions (as administrator). Ως παράδειγμα, you can do this by Right Mouse Button clicking on the Start button, and selecting WindowsPowerShell (διαχειριστής);
2. Run the next command:
sqlcmd -s <SERVERNAME>\<INSTANCENAME>
ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: If you use only 1 instance on the server you can use the next command
sqlcmd -s <SERVERNAME>
As example:
sqlcmd -s 21-cm01
3. At the 1> prompt, τύπος:
select @@version
4. At the 2> prompt, τύπος:
go
As a result, you must get something like this. (With your server name and SQL Server version)
Στην περίπτωσή μου, this is SQL Server 2017 (RTM-CU13) 14.0.3048.4 (x64)
