La mise à jour de Configuration Manager est bloquée dans l'état de téléchargement.
Lors de la mise à niveau de Configuration Manager vers la version suivante pendant une longue période, vous pouvez voir que l'état s'affiche comme Téléchargement mais la mise à jour n'a jamais été téléchargée.
- In the Configuration Manager console, trouver et mémoriser (avis) le GUID du package de la mise à jour.
2. Si vous allez à le EasySetupPayload dossier, vous trouverez un dossier dont le nom correspond au GUID du package de l'étape précédente. Si vous vérifiez les propriétés du dossier, il doit afficher 0 octets.
3. Avec l'outil de réinitialisation de mise à jour SCCM, vous pouvez soit réinitialiser une mise à jour, soit forcer sa suppression. Exécutez l'invite de commande en tant qu'administrateur (vous pouvez utiliser la recherche Windows pour y parvenir).
4. Modifier le chemin d'accès au dossier CMUpdateReset (C:\Program FilesMicrosoft Configuration Managercd.latestSMSSETUPTOOLSCMUpdateReset).
NOTE: The path for the CMUpdateReset folder is valid only for Configuration Manager serveur.
5. Dans l'invite de commande, exécutez CMUpdateReset.exe et cela vous montrera les options d'utilisation de l'outil ou des exemples.
