Making your presentation accessible to people with disabilities requires knowledge, compassion, and special tools. The new Accessibility ribbon in PowerPoint helps you accomplish this by bringing all the tools you need together in one place. To open the Accessibility ribbon, click Check Accessibility on the Review tab.

- We fixed an issue where a Save As operation with AutoSave off saved the changes to the original cloud file rather than creating a new version.
Excel
Notable fixes:
- We fixed an issue where the original icon of the app was not displaying correctly if the source file was from a OneDrive location and the file name contained HTML encoding characters when adding an Excel, Word, or PowerPoint embedded object into an Excel file.
- We fixed an issue where apply name for defined name wasn’t working for dynamic array.
- We fixed an issue where the text in an Excel cell couldn’t be seen in live preview under certain conditions.
- We fixed an issue where switching sheets could cause the sheet tabs to not display properly.

We’ve developed an improved recovery experience to quickly restore users back to a connected state after experiencing coauthoring errors.
Notable fix:
- We fixed an issue where the app would stop responding when “at mentioning” (@mention) someone in a comment.
Excel
Notable fixes:
- We fixed an issue where the word “Column” disappeared from the Cell Format ribbon dropdown menu on mouse over.
- We fixed an issue where localized characters were rendering too small in a worksheet tab (issue only present for users with the Fluent UI Coming Soon toggle enabled).
- We fixed an issue related to a workbook with many custom views with Freeze Panes that was causing Excel to stop responding immediately after launch.
- We fixed an issue where the user was seeing the Music data type button but the artists were not converting.
- We fixed an issue where hitting the hot key “e” for Filter would conflict with Search on the context menu.

Update your photo using link in contact card
We’ve added a new way for you to update your photo in Outlook. Now when you open your own contact card, a new link appears under your name and title. Click on Update your photo to go to the web page where you can change the photo associated with your Outlook profile.

- We fixed an issue where the application would stop responding when the user selected File > Save As.

- We fixed an issue where the Read Aloud playback sometimes jumps to a random location in the document.
