How to Install and Configure Configuration Manager Reporting Services Point. Before beginning, check your SQL Reporting configuration and install it on Configuration Manager Server Report viewer 2010.
1. Open the Configuration Manager console;
2. Navigeren naarAdministration\Overview\Site Configuration\Servers and Site System Roles;
3. Rechter muis knop click on your Site Server and clickToevoegen Locatie System Roles;
4. VoorAlgemeen, KlikVolgende;
5. VoorProxy, KlikVolgende;
6. Voor System Roles Selection, selecterenReporting Services Point, KlikVolgende;
7. KlikVerifiëren;
8. At the bottom, add an account to use for the reporting point. This account needs to have access to the SCCM DB (als voorbeeld, it may be SQL Server Reporting Services service account). Klik Set and choose Nieuw account;
9. Enter the account User name, Password and Confirm the password, en klik OK;
10. KlikVolgende;
11. Voor Samenvatting, Klik Volgende;
12. Voor Completion, Klik Dichtbij;
13. Wait some time and check Reports (Monitoring\Overview\Reporting\Reports);
OPMERKING: Don’t forget to set de SQL Recovery model to Simple for the Reporting Server database.
Check Logs:
Check for the following logs for reporting point installation status. Both logs are under the SCCM logs file locations.
Srspsetup.log
Srsrpmsi.log
If your reporting point is installed on a remote server look for the logs in :
