Microsoft Edge team mentioned that there is a known issue in the build which will lead to a blank white window sometimes.
Here’s the workaround for this issue:
There are two possible causes. If you launch another window and it’s fine, you shouldn’t ever see the issue again. Jednakże, if subsequent windows are also blank, you’ll have to disable Application Guard in order to get Edge back into a working state.

Microsoft Edge Dev new weekly build now available (79.0.308.1 changelog). Syncing of open tabs between devices is now available. To see the tabs from your other devices, go to the History section of the … menu. Dodatkowo, users with work or school accounts can now sync their data to Mac devices.
